Returns & Claimss

 

>>A 15% restocking charge applies on all pre-approved returns. Merchandise returned to Towel Specialties without an RMA number (Returned Merchandise Authorization) will be refused and returned to sender. Requests for merchandise returns must be made in writing within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Sewn products are custom made, and are non-returnable. Blank products, once altered by a third-party, decorator or customer, may not be returned. Under no circumstances should tape or stickers be placed on the terry cloth products as this may cause damage and affect your ability to receive credit. Customer/decorator is responsible for ascertaining suitability (including, but not limited to, color, quality and style) of blank products prior to decorating. Towel Specialties will not be responsible for shortage claims when merchandise is shipped to a decorator. Box weight audits are used to determine actual package quantities at time of shipment. Any claims for delays or damage in transit must be made with carrier.
