| SHIPPING METHOD |
Standard shipment through UPS or FEDEX only. When using Towel Specialties’ shipper number, unless explicitly stated on your purchase order, UPS shipments will be sent out at residential rates. Airborne, DHL and US Postal Service are not available. For customer-arranged carrier, customer is responsible for arranging pick-up during normal business hours. Verification of pick-up must be made through the carrier, not Towel Specialties. |
| SHIPPING CHANGES |
To meet your delivery date, orders are often manufactured well in advance of their ship date. Therefore, shipping changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your ship date. |
