• Price includes: All Tone on Tone decorated
towels include a one-color imprint. Screen charges
apply.
• Tone on Tone Effects: Please specify either
IvoryTouch™ GoldTouch™, SilverTouch™,
Translucent™, Color on Color™, or Black.
For IvoryTouch&trade, it is recommended that ink coverage
not exceed 25% of the imprint area. Pre-production
samples are required for all first-time IvoryTouch
orders. For assorted Tone on Tone effects, there is
a 36-piece minimum per ink color change and a fee
of $50.00(v) per change. To avoid this charge, consider
ordering your towel color assortment using the same
Tone on Tone effects (except Color on Color, which
always requires different ink colors). For IvoryTouch,
the imprint color will vary based on the towel color.
• Screen charge: $120.00(v) for standard size 26" x 48" imprint. Mega Print = $155.00(v) plus $1.25(v) running charge per towel. Mega Print imprint area is 32" x 54".
• Assorted towel colors: No extra charge if you
use the same Tone on Tone effect colors..
• Imprint area: 26" x 48". Logo drop imprint
area for stock art varies by design. We will make
every attempt to include your logo in the largest
size possible. For embroidery, specify placement of
embroidered image.
• Production time: 2-4 weeks. Begins after approval
of paper proof or pre-production sample.

• PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE & PAPER PROOF CHARGES: First time orders for the following require a pre-production sample:
- - Orders over $1,670 (r).
- - Embroidery orders.
- - Products with a PMS match request.
Pre-production sample charges are $25.00(v) per product, plus product price, plus freight. (The $25.00(v) charge and the product price will be waived for orders over $5,000(z) for the first sample only). A free paper proof is included with all pre-production samples. A paper proof charge of $12.50(v) will apply to all other orders. To help expedite your order, pre-production samples are shipped via overnight freight, unless otherwise specified. In some cases, sample, proof and freight charges may appear on a separate invoice from your production order.
• OVERRUNS & UNDERRUNS: Orders are considered complete with a 5% overrun or under run. There is a 3% charge for exact quantities. Overruns are shipped with order unless otherwise specified. Shortages will not be re-done.
• VARIANCES: Variances in weight, size, and imprint location of ± 5% are considered to be within acceptable manufacturing tolerances. This may account for decorated images not being 100% centered. Product colors may vary from one dye lot to the next.
• EMBROIDERY DIGITIZATION CHARGES: One-time digitization charge, up to 8,000 stitches is FREE for all orders of 144 or more. For less than 144: $75(v). Over 8,000 stitches, add $10.00(v) per thousand. NOTE: Due to the high pile of terry cloth, nearly all customer-supplied digitized designs require complete re-digitizing. Exact PMS color matching is not guaranteed due to limited selection of thread colors.
• EMBROIDERY PRICES INCLUDE: Up to 8000 stitches. There are additional running charges of $0.40(v) per thousand for embroidery over 8000 stitches. For second location on same product, add $5.00 (r) for up to 8,000 stitches. |
